Employment in own law firm, located at 8 Kerkyras Street, primarily dealing with commercial and corporate law, labor law, and related matters.

Additionally, I follow the program of the Institute of Chartered Shipbrokers (ICS) for further specialization in Maritime Law.

 

Professional Activity

I practice as an independent lawyer in Civil Procedural Law, Criminal Law, Commercial Law, and Administrative Law. Together with my wife, Ms. Maria Stathéa, we run a law firm at 8 Kerkyras Street, Athens. From May 2018 to 2020, I was an external collaborator for the Public Legal Entity "Municipality of Glyfada" in matters of administrative law.
Specifically:

• Independent lawyer handling a wide range of legal cases, with a focus on Civil, Administrative, Criminal, Labor, Inheritance, Real Estate, Immigration, Compensation, out-of-court settlements, land registry issues, and legal matters related to possession and ownership.
• Advisory legal services in the above-mentioned fields.
• 2010-2012: Collaboration with George Stathéa, former Supreme Court Judge, in Criminal Law and Civil Procedure cases.
• 2018-2020: External lawyer for the Municipality of Glyfada on Administrative Law matters.
• Proficient in computers, text processing, digitalization, and conversion of documents into various formats.
